The Law is What I Write on a Piece of Paper

I read a comment from someone in one of the blogs which stir up my interest to put it here for us the ponder about.

Saddam Hussein, once the unchallengeable leader of Iraq had said: ''The law is what I write on a piece of paper.''

At the end, what happen to him, it is history now, but many at present still never learnt from it!
